Come to a Hornaday Award Weekend for a variety of reasons. Work on conservation-related merit badges. Learn leadership skills. Enjoy the great outdoors. Receive training with experts and professionals in the fields represented by the Hornaday conservation merit badges. Make new friends and have fun! Different from other merit badge events, a Hornaday weekend creates a conservation themed weekend where like minded Scouts camp and learn together.
Come to a Hornaday Award Weekend to begin the path towards developing a Hornaday Project, which may lead to the prestigious William T. Hornaday Award. Hornaday Award Weekends provide an opportunity for counseling and training on the aims of William T. Hornaday and Awards Program.
