Registration for the April 2010 Hornaday Award Weekend began on March 5
th
, 2010. Registration will continue through April 5
th
, 2010,
or
when 200 scouts have paid for the event. Scouts attending this event MUST be First Class rank or higher.
Scheduling
:
When you pay for the event, you are assigned a number. After registration is closed, scouts will be scheduled for merit badge classes in numerical order. If we are unable to process your top class choices, we will use your lower class choices to complete your schedule.
Refunds
:
Food and supplies for the Hornaday Award Weekend MUST be ordered two weeks before the start date. For this reason, we are unable to honor refund requests after April 9
th
, 2010. All refunds must be handled through the Bay Area Council Office @ (409)744-5206.
Adult Leadership
:
Two-deep leadership is required for the Hornaday Award Weekend. All scouts attending the Hornaday Award Weekend must have adult leadership attending the event. Adult leaders attending the Leave No Trace Trainer Course will NOT be camping or eating with the scouts, so they will NOT be able to provide proper leadership for the scouts.
